Spread Commission

Your personal commission climbs as you advance the career ladder — from 50% at Associate to 80% at Team Manager. The faster you move up, the bigger the spread on every deal you close.

Generational Overrides

You earn a percentage of your downline's production for three generations deep — 5% direct, 3% second-gen, 1% third-gen. Build a team once, get paid for years.

Profit-Sharing Pools

The All-Company Bonus Pool (2%) goes to high-production agents. The Executive Bonus Pool (1%) goes to active Team Managers. Branch Brokers earn an additional 1% of their office's total volume.
