Agents you mentor

If you recruit producing agents, the plan pays Mentor Generation Compensation (MGC): 5% on your direct (G1) generation, 2% on G2, 1% on G3 — calculated on their eligible production. MGC requires their actual eligible production and your continuing eligibility. It is never guaranteed.

The High Production Pool is funded by 2% of all eligible company TCB. Distributions are determined at annual close from actual funding, qualification, and point values — this section only illustrates what a share could look like under your own entered assumption. Model how recruiting producing agents compounds over time. Your own production comes from Step 1 (transactions × average price × commission, at your Step 1 starting tier) — this section adds the team you build on top of it. Recruits are modeled as producing agents who start at the Associate tier. Hypothetical only: every recruit is assumed to produce exactly as entered, and to stay active except where the team-stop inputs below say otherwise.

Your actual tier at each closing, team production, pool qualification and point values, fees, holds, reversals, taxes, and expenses will differ from these assumptions.
MGC is paid only on the eligible production of agents you mentor, and only while you remain licensed, affiliated, and eligible. Recruiting no producing agents means no MGC.
HPP and leadership pool distributions are determined at annual close from real funding and qualification. Illustrations here are not entitlements.
