Why Join InvestPro?

Turn a real-estate job into a business you can build.

A closing produces income once. A capable agent you recruit, train, and support can continue producing, growing, and developing other agents. InvestPro connects those two forms of work under transparent career rules so your long-term opportunity is not limited to how many transactions you can personally close.

Track One · Personal Production

Earn from the transactions you close.

  • Build career progress through personal production without an annual reset.
  • Qualify for production-based recognition under the approved plan.
  • See the transaction source, calculation, status, and any reversal.
Track Two · Business Building

Earn by helping producing agents succeed.

  • Recruit people who intend to practice real estate—not names on a roster.
  • Train, mentor, and support the closest three generations of your organization.
  • Build eligible team-production compensation that is separate from career spread.
Why Recruit and Develop Agents?

Because the people you help should have a reason to stay—and you should have a reason to help.

InvestPro does not pay for recruiting alone. The business-building opportunity begins only when licensed agents complete real transactions. The structure aligns an agent's success with the success of the people closest to them, so sharing skills, solving problems, and helping production are economically meaningful.

InvestPro provides the structure.

  • Licensed brokerage infrastructure and responsible broker oversight where operating.
  • Governed career, genealogy, MGC, production-pool, and leadership rules.
  • Communication, transaction, training, marketing, and collaboration tools subject to access.
  • Transaction-level records designed to show where money came from and where it went.

You build the business.

  • Find clients and complete compliant transactions.
  • Recruit professionals who can and will produce.
  • Teach, support, and help your organization improve.
  • Maintain your license, InvestPro affiliation, agreement, and good standing.
Different Starting Points

One system, several ways to enter.

New Agent

Build production skill, career progress, and a professional support network from the beginning.

Independent Producer

Evaluate both today's personal economics and what an agent-development business could add over time.

Producing Team Builder

Develop agents without making permanent dependence on a Team Manager the only business model.

Established Team

Request a documented review of experience, licenses, production, team structure, and proposed starting tiers.

Broker-Salesperson

Combine production, team assistance, and qualified leadership participation under defined responsibilities.

Branch Broker

Oversee local compliance under a separate broker agreement and state-specific operating structure.

The Accounting Standard

Every percentage must have one source and one destination.

The compensation system uses one fixed 100% transaction allocation. Personal commission, career spread, three-generation MGC, pools, broker oversight, and company income remain separate. Your ledger connects recorded earnings, payment status, and reversals to the transaction that created them.

Straight Answers

Questions a serious agent should ask.

Understand what you earn from personal production, what you can build through your team, and how the two work together.

Why would I join InvestPro?

To build more than personal transaction income. InvestPro is designed to let licensed agents combine production with recruiting, training, and agent development so eligible team production can reduce long-term dependence on the agent's own next closing. InvestPro supplies the structure; you still have to build and operate the business.

Why would a successful producer accept less than a 100% commission plan?

A 100% plan may be the better fit for an agent focused only on maximizing current personal commission. InvestPro is for an agent evaluating a second outcome: whether part of the transaction economics can support a governed agent-development business with career spread, production recognition, and continuing MGC opportunity. The income projector will compare both paths using the same production and expense assumptions.

Do I get paid just for recruiting someone?

No. Enrollment alone creates no compensation. MGC is generated only by completed eligible commission transactions from producing licensed agents in the first three generations, subject to the governing plan, active affiliation, and payment eligibility.

Does InvestPro find clients, recruit agents, or build the team for me?

No. Agents remain responsible for finding clients, producing transactions, building professional relationships, recruiting, and developing their organization. InvestPro provides brokerage infrastructure, defined compensation rules, tools, records, and broker oversight—not a guarantee of leads, production, recruits, or income.

Does every agent start at the entry career tier?

No. A new agent normally begins at the entry tier. Experienced agents, teams, and small brokerages may request a Rapid Team Builder review based on documented license, production, experience, and team evidence. A higher approved starting tier does not create historical production points or guarantee future advancement.

What happens when an agent I developed advances?

Career spread and MGC are separate. Career spread narrows or ends as the producing agent's career tier rises. Eligible G1, G2, and G3 MGC follows the producing agent's completed transactions under the plan, so helping an agent become more capable does not automatically end the separate MGC relationship.

Will my career tier reset every year?

No annual reset applies to earned 65% and 75% progress. Personal career production reaches 65% at $30,000 cumulative TCB and 75% at $75,000. A newly earned tier applies to the next transaction. A reversed commission also reverses its points and can correct the resulting tier. The qualified 80% level requires continuing broker-salesperson or broker eligibility; loss of that eligibility returns the active rate to 75%.

Can I transfer the business position I built?

Yes, to an eligible successor through a private third-party escrow closing. The successor must be actively licensed with InvestPro, sign the current agreement, and accept the downstream assistance duties. InvestPro records the executed contract and final escrow closing package; it does not price, finance, or conduct your private sale. The position remains in place for its downstream agents. Read how MGC works.

Is long-term team-production compensation guaranteed?

No. It requires eligible people to remain licensed, affiliated, active, and productive; it can change with production, genealogy, qualifications, holds, reversals, departures, and law. The opportunity is to build a real producing organization—not to receive income without work or risk.

Important: Compensation is not paid for enrollment alone. No example guarantees earnings. The agent's production, expenses, recruiting, training, licensing, taxes, and business performance remain the agent's responsibility. Complete governing documents and the effective plan version control.
