If your income depends on your next closing, what are 10 or 20 years of work building?
A closing pays you for today. InvestPro gives licensed agents a structure for personal production and a separate path for building a productive agent organization.
The pain
One closing. One check. Then you start over.
Personal production matters, but personal production alone leaves every future month dependent on another transaction.
What we built
Two ways to create value—measured separately.
The income projector lets you compare the same production, costs, recruiting pace, and time period side by side.

Why train an agent if their success ends your reason to help?
Traditional teams can create a conflict: the agent wants a larger split while the leader needs enough income to keep training and supporting the team.
What we built
Agent development has its own compensation.
MGC follows eligible completed transaction production in the first three generations. It is separate from career spread and is not paid for enrollment.

You worked all year to advance. Why start over in January?
An annual reset can turn an earned milestone into recurring pressure instead of lasting career progress.
What we built
A career ladder—not an annual race.
The 65% and 75% career tiers do not reset annually. The 80% tier requires continuing license eligibility, training, approval, and the required addendum. A reversed transaction reverses the points it created.

The company grows. Can you see how that growth reaches the field?
Agents should not need to guess what “profit,” “equity,” or a future company value might mean to their own business.
What we built
Transaction-funded pools with visible math.
Qualified agents see the pool balance, their points, the current company-wide qualified points, and the current point value. The values change as production and qualifications change.
The pain
You built an experienced team. Why make every person start at the bottom?
A serious team cannot move if documented production, experience, and leadership are ignored.
What we built
A documented path for established teams.
The Rapid Team Builder review allows qualified recruits and established teams to request a higher starting tier based on evidence. Approval changes the starting tier only—it does not create historical production points or automatic future advancement.

More agents and more files should not mean more responsibility with no defined return.
A local broker needs a reason to welcome responsible growth, complete careful reviews, and help the brokerage operate well.
What we built
Broker compensation tied to the work performed.
- 1% Broker Oversight Commission for eligible TCB in the local brokerage, divided by management-approved percentages when multiple brokers share the firm.
- 10% of the residential transaction fee actually collected paid to the individual broker who completes the final transaction-file review.
- Broker Compliance Pool based on the approved compliance scoring system.
The pain
“Where did this payment come from?” should have a simple answer.
Compensation becomes hard to trust when agents cannot connect a payment—or a reversal—to the transaction that created it.
What we built
A source-linked compensation ledger.
Each allocation can carry the transaction ID, property, producing agent, closing date, commission basis, allocation type, amount, status, and related reversal. Agents can see what they received and why.
