Posts the standard move-in charges to this lease's ledger. Use this when a tenant is moving in and the ledger is empty (e.g. Buildium-imported leases that never went through the lease-upload activation flow).
Idempotent — any charge type already on the ledger is skipped. Re-running this is safe.
Ending this lease flips it to Former (terminated or expired, depending on the date you pick) and sets the property to vacant so it stops showing as leased in reports and dropdowns. The ledger history stays for audit.
