Opening Balance Import

Optional — use it only if it helps. After the Buildium switch-over the app's ledger is the single source of truth, but it won't match reality until payments are recorded here. This worksheet lets you set the true balance per lease in one place: enter what each tenant actually owes today (0 if they're current), then Apply. It posts a single reconciling entry so the balance matches — it does not erase history, and you can re-run it any time to re-state a number. You can also just use ＋ Record payment on the ledger the normal way — whichever you prefer.
