My Profile & Password

Update your contact info and change your password from one place. Changes are saved when you click the button at the bottom of each section.

Profile

Email (contact HR / your account manager to change) Full name Phone Preferred language (emails, SMS, and the portal try to match this) I'd like to receive SMS reminders for rent due, maintenance updates, etc.

Renewal letter team copies

Choose active team members to automatically copy on every renewal owner and tenant letter you create. Their current company mailbox is resolved when the exact draft is saved. You can still see the recipients in the letter composer.

Auto-CC team members

Only active internal staff with a company mailbox can be selected. Your own sender mailbox is not added as a copy. To stop an automatic copy, remove it here; removing a chip in one draft does not override this saved setting.

Change Password

For security, enter your new password twice. You don't need to re-enter the current one since you're already signed in.

Tip: mix letters, numbers, and a symbol or two. Avoid passwords from your other accounts.
