This is a complete hypothetical company—not your actual organization. Include all agents and qualified management ancestors represented in your scenario; a partial roster cannot estimate the real nationwide pools. The manual roster may enter a permanent affiliation end, one temporary Team Manager eligibility pause, one shared team node and one linked partial or full reversal per closing. Succession, transfers, purchased positions and broker score awards are not modeled here.

All recruits in a year join on the same annual recruiting date. New recruits start recruiting the following calendar year, not immediately. Depth 1 means direct recruits only; depth 4 allows G3 to recruit G4. MGC still follows three generations. The optional 80% date assumes every qualification is complete, not just a license; the server also checks that 75% was reached first. Your selected person's existing 80% date is checked against the new production too. No qualification is granted.

Annual change affects TCB per closing from each person's first closing calendar year; it does not increase the number of closings. Both income comparisons use the same selected-person closings. Enter 0 closings for no production. These are your assumptions, not promised recruiting or production results.

Growth compounds from the original starting TCB, rounded to the nearest cent for each closing. A scheduled day missing from a shorter month uses that month's last day; later dates keep the original day where available.

Schedules up to 50 people and 200 closings open as editable rows. Larger schedules stay compact: edit these assumptions and inspect people and closing allocations one page at a time. The schedule builder supports up to 10,000 people, 200,000 closings and 1,000,000 closing/ancestor combinations. Manual entry retains its limits of 100 people, 3,000 closings and 30,000 closing/ancestor combinations. Every person and closing still counts. Unsupported sizes are rejected in full, never partly calculated. These are calculator limits, not plan limits.

1 · People and their sponsor relationships

Starting floor and opening Career Points are separate. An 80% date means all broker-salesperson, training, addendum and other qualifications are met; 75% eligibility must already exist. Leave affiliation end blank to keep that person active. An entered end date stops that person's future accrual and moves descendants up to the nearest active upline. The optional Team Manager pause affects only management-pool credit during the entered gap; personal production, Career Spread, MGC and HPP continue. The root must remain active and qualify at 80% by the first year. Open “Share this team node” only when two qualified people manage one node; their shares must total 100%, and the node production is counted once. Use hypothetical labels, not private client information. This exact-roster workspace supports up to 100 people and 3,000 closing rows; these are calculator limits, not compensation-plan limits.

2 · Dated closings

Each row is one closing, using Eastern calendar dates. Tier changes apply to the next closing. Same-day ties run by the displayed closing ID. Leave this empty to model no production. For a shared closing, choose Split with another agent and enter participation shares totaling 100% of TCB. Each participant's own tier and upline apply; the same personal share is used in the baseline comparison. Open Linked reversal only to model a later partial or full reduction of that closing's commission.
